Is the spiritual leader of the Friends In Faith Church and answers to the Governing Board, the Congregation and the Lord our God.  Officiates at prayer meetings and worship services.  Delivers the Sacraments, Evangelizes, counsels, makes needed home and hospital visits, and takes care of the general spiritual welfare of the Church members.  
The Pastor is also the Adviser to the Governing Board and attends all Board Meetings and is openly invited to all Committee Meetings.  Maintains a voice with no vote.  As a member of the Congregation the Pastor will vote at all Congregation Meetings.

Governing Board Chair Person conducts meetings of the FIF Church Governing Board.  Works closely with the Pastor and all Board Members.  Votes only in the event of a tie.  Insures that all Board Members fulfill their obligations to the Church.  Oversees the day to day operation of the Church in conjunction with the Pastor.

Stands in for the Governing Board Chair Person at Board meetings.  Runs all Congregation meetings.

Maintains the records of all meetings of the Governing Board and Congregation.  Sends out notices on Church Letterhead and Church seal as required.  Maintains the Church records, except for Membership files.

Keeps the financial books for the Church.  Maintains The Corporate and IRS records for the Church and files all needed documents on a timely basis.

Insures that all collected monies are counted, recorded and deposited.  Makes sure that all monies are counted by at least two (2) church members.  Is responsible for all fund raisers.  The Finance committee will be responsible for the financial health of the Church and make recomendations for Stewardship of the Church Funds.  ie., Stocks, Bonds or other investments.  Needs for frugality or spending.  Reports  to the Church Treasurer.

Responsible for Pastor's family and it's well being.  Advises the Pastor on membership.  Is the laison between the Pastor and the Congregation if a problem should occur that is not feasibly able to be handled by the Pastor himself.  Reviews the Pastors family needs at least twice per year and reports same to the Governing Board.  Keeps Membership records for the Church as prescribed by the Governing Board and the Pastor.  Reports on all hired personnel to the Governing Board.

Is the Laison between the Congregation and the Governing Board.  Represents the Congregation in all meetings of the Board.
